You don't need to pretend to be someone or something else just to make others feel more comfortable in your presence, and about what is lacking within themselves. The different masks you may wear to make others happy only weighs you down and stops you from rising into your full potential of being you and just enjoying life.

When you remove and put down the masks, you allow all that is genuinely you to rise and be seen. And THAT is when your authenticity (the strongest vibration that is more powerful than love) radiates and becomes a frequency match for all that is meant to be yours ✨️💛✨️

Over the years, I have assisted so many beautiful souls - children, teenagers, men and women - to release their masks, to remove what no longer serves them and to rise into their full authenticity.

Each one 'sees', 'hears' and 'feels' their Truth all around them, navigating their path with greater ease ✨️

Each one lives an amazing life filled with beauty and grace ✨️

Sunday morning✨️☀️✨️. For me, it's a time to sit with a cuppa as I connect to the Elements, to critters in my garden, to my guides, the angels and the fairies. Most of all, to connect deeply with Spirit and the sacred heart of Mother Earth. It's when I reflect, with gratitude, on all the beautiful souls that have come to me for healing and guidance during the week. It's when I feel into the special moments spent with my precious little family - hubby, son, daughter and puppy (he's 5 but still my puppy 😌). All of this fills my heart as I sit next to my favorite tree - she always has a special message for me 🙏💛🌳✨️

It has been a year of 'shedding' what no longer serves you 💫

Negative energies, restricting karmic ties and limiting self beliefs had to be removed so that inner healing, growth and transformation could take place 💫

Many people, situations and places changed around you as your vibration continued to rise during this process 💫

Each evening, this beautiful Garden Orb Weaver puts up her web and is always so fascinating to watch. When I wake in the morning, the web has been taken down, but the anchor lines remain ready for her to weave her magic once again!

When Spider comes to visit you, it means:
'Be creative and patient while weaving your own destiny, as you weather the natural cycles of life.'

They symbolise balance, intuition and the intricate connections between the past and the future as well as those between fate and free will.
