It's been a tough start to the year, where I buried and mourned the loss of my Father, and my beautiful husband is now mourning the loss of his dear school friend 💙

As I sat on the beach this morning, I realised: Despite the heartache, it's the loss of someone that brings people together to appreciate not just those lost, but each other even more 🙏💛

Sometimes you just need to stop and smell the ocean to realise what is important - To always cherish, love and be a Light of compassion to those that show you love and appreciation, especially when their skies are grey ✨️💛✨️

Shared my knowledge and passion for Reiki with a beautiful lady yesterday who shifted beautifully with the teachings of Reiki Level 1 🤗💛✨️

These teachings were one of the most pivotal moments of my life and she sensed that for herself also once attuned to the first Reiki symbol - such an honour✨️💛✨️

Spent the morning with another beautiful soul that has been so eager to learn since the moment she had her first Reiki and Crystal healing session many months ago.

Two beautiful possums - mother (second photo) and baby (first photo) - swaying in the tree. Unusual for them to be out in daylight, but sometimes it happens - probably eating the pollen from the small flowers. Have seen the mum a few times, but over joyed to see she has a little one with her now 😍💛✨️

When Possum comes to visit, she shows us how to hold onto the wisdom of seeing through darkness, of finding clarity when you feel uncertain or overwhelmed. When you have been feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or burdened by situations that no longer bring you peace, Possum comes to help you shed light on those areas and gently guide you forward.

Possum encourages resourcefulness, adaptability, strategic defense, and to using wits over force, embracing life's challenges, and trusting your instincts.

My father taught me a lot about Life. In a nutshell: To see it as a Game.

The kinder you are to people, the easier the game is. The more you fill your life with love, music, fun and a little mischief - the happier you become.

Mostly, he taught me the importance of Spirit, to love and to believe in myself.

After suffering from Parkinsons for 20 years, and dementia the last few - he always pulled through his toughest times with lots of love and a little laughter shared . . . and Reiki.

I feel his presence now, and I am grateful to share more conversations now than he was able to in the last year of his life - still guiding me with love and sometimes a joke to help me see the lighter side of life, and to continue to be kind and do my best for others🙏💛✨️

I love you Dad and thank you for continuing to shine your Light ✨️💛✨️

As you become aware of that which limits you, you are also aware of what you can change to transform and expand all that is inside you - realising your gifts, talents and all that you are.
