I’m back! 🔥
After a huge couple of months of growth and stretching in the practice and an eventful trip to Sydney, it finally caught up to me and I needed a few days to rest and recover. Yes I was sick, however symptoms are intelligent responses, and often mark a time of reorganisational instability: a transition is taking place to upgrade to the next level.
What you saw: Stefan was sick with a head cold and needed to rest.
What was happening: respiratory symptoms and subsequent flank pain were being expressed as Stefan needed more bandwidth and energy for what life was calling him for, and reorganisation was taking place.
Just like the symptoms you may experience or reexperience as your nervous system changes and reorganises through Network care, these intelligent responses are not saying you are broken. Far from it. They are saying more energy is needed for where you’re heading and what you’re doing.
As we move through the Season of Discover and into the Season of Transform in our body and our life, our relationship to our pain and symptoms changes. We no longer see it as something to get rid of or run away from, but can embrace that it’s an opportunity for change and growth.
I’ve just returned from Melbourne where I participated in my bi-yearly NetworkSpinal seminar. If you’re new in our practice, you’ll learn that I will always take time to attend these events. This is my training, where I sharpen my blade, refine my technique and increase my clarity to deliver NetworkSpinal care at the level you deserve. There is always opportunity to evolve and upgrade. The theme for this one? The Season of Transform. Interestingly relevant for the amount of growth I’ve had lately.
When someone is in the Season of Transform, they change the way they use thought as a tool for change. The increased level of available energy at this time means they are more able to take accountability for their participation and involvement with how they live their life. They take action. They set boundaries. They develop a stronger sense of self. They ask different questions. They think different thoughts. And instead of wanting to get rid of or have less of something, they begin Seeking More… 😉 Understand our ethos now?
More information about the Seasons of Care is delivered in our Seeker’s Portal online resources for practice members. These Seasons govern your progression through care and your movement through life.
Anywho…
I’m back! 🔥 With more coherence and a lighter touch. Because force is inverse to presence. Come in and notice the difference for yourself.
