Herb, H**p & Sweet Pea Dip 🌷🌱

The perfect afternoon snack when you’re craving something super fresh and nourishing!

Ingredients:

handful of any herbs you like (eg. dill, parsley, coriander etc)
1 cup of slightly thawed frozen peas
1/4 cup h**p seeds **pfoodsaustralia
1/4 cup of h**p seed oil **pfoodsaustralia
salt + pepper to taste
a squeeze of lemon or lime
(option to add feta if you want some creaminess!)

Blend it all up and serve!
You can eat it with crackers, put it on top of salads or on toast with eggs 🍳 keep in an airtight jar in the fridge — it should last up to a week.
