It’s with a very heavy heart that I let you know this will be my last week of classes at Warrior One for now.

The beautiful studios and community have been my home for the past 5 years, from joining the team at the intimate New St studio, to navigating our way through lockdowns, to leading teacher trainings, to becoming a mum and meeting so many incredible people along the way. I feel so insanely grateful for the experiences and connections I have made, but for now it’s time to explore a new chapter.
