Coaching for great mental health and clarity.

We have all learned to pivot and change up the way we work, socialise, commute and exercise. We have learned to live with masks, social distancing and working from home.

The better our mental health, the better our mindset, our focus, and our ability to cope with the things life throws at us. Just like we exercise our body, we need to keep our mental health in good shape too. This is where I come in.

I use a combination of skills learned from coaching and counselling and take a compassionate approach to working with you. I am intuitive, but also use tried and trusted theories and coaching models to get to the heart of the issue.

Whether it be career, relationship, aligning with your values, stress, or overwhelm, I can help you.

I work with you to define your goals (personal or professional), become more mindful, be interpersonally effective, better regulate your emotions, and tolerate distress.

I am a certified coach with DBT Skills Training and lived experience as a carer of family members with mental health issues.

I am a member of the IECL by GrowthOps, the International Federation for Coaching and the Association for Coaching. I'm also a SANE Australia Peer Ambassador.

Because of my life experiences, I have chosen to dedicate my life to helping improve the lives of others.

I am a fan of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as I have seen and experienced just how life-changing it can be.

It was really important for me to do the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride.

When I first arrived in Sydney around three years ago, I came across the ride and loved the aesthetic, but didn’t know it’s raison d’être.

When I found out, it steeled my resolve to one day be able to do it.

Yesterday was the day. It was wonderful to ride with 716 other riders, raising money for men’s prostate and mental health.

I exceeded my fundraising target three times over, so am pretty chuffed.

If you are a rider and this has piqued your interest, get amongst it. It’s a great ride for a great cause!
