The team is managed by Jenny Tram, a Registered Nurse with 14 years of nursing experience providing care in Sydney. Kelly is a Nurse Practitioner who has previously worked as a care worker in a retirement village, and is now using her experience and skills to help people live at home for longer, surrounded by their loved ones.

Shallain has worked in the Not for Profit sector for 18 years, improving the lives of everyday people through advocacy.

Introducing Dementia Caring Campsie! The team is led by Michael Song, a physiotherapist and rehab consultant with plenty of experience helping senior citizens live full, active and healthy lives, with a special focus on ethnic communities.

Michael has also completed a Master of Community Health, and formerly operated a legal practice that assisted elderly clients from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds with legal issues.

We're thrilled to open Dementia Caring in South Perth!

Our new team is led by Christelle Bacani and Harry Wilkinson. Christelle is a Registered Nurse with eight years’ experience as a surgical nurse at Royal Perth Hospital and in aged care. She is skilled in therapeutical communication, an empathetic approach to patient communication that prioritises their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Harry has performed over five years of service in the Royal Australian Army, with two overseas deployments to East Timor and Afghanistan. He has experience being part of a lifestyle team in an aged care facility, helping older people with daily life tasks.

Both Harry and Christelle believe everyone should have access to experienced, trustworthy and expert care, regardless of their situation.

The team is led by Harsharan Brar, a Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience in aged care and disability care. Harsharan started as a NDIS Support Coordinator, and is highly experienced at helping participants access supports that help them work towards their goals. She then moved on to provide care as a Registered Nurse in aged care settings and hospitals (rehabilitation, surgical and ICU), working across multidisciplinary teams.

With a strong commitment to helping people achieve quality of life, Harsharan has now returned to her first passion: community care. Her team provides compassionate, holistic home care that treats each person as a unique and valued individual.
