Humbled to hold space for a conscious couple and their chosen family to honour the impending birth of their son.

I was in awe to witness two humans in such a conscious space with their relationship, and the connection we cultivated as a group sharing pledges of parental support, knowledge sharing and kinship.

These bespoke offerings are fully customisable and include Indigenous cultural practices to honour the space they’re held on, in and around.

Channeling ‘Release and Reverence’ as a theme to acknowledge that every birth is an opportunity to release from self and what has been thus far. And to celebrate the reverence these women share as friends and mothers 💕

It’s an honour to hold space, to witness authenticity and experience resonance when we share in a safe, supported environment 🙏

No matter the group size or stage of womanhood, every time we come in circle there is a deep remembrance and honouring of women and all their creative power ✨

Honoured to finally hold a Naked Awakening Women’s Circle on Awabakal country (Central Coast, NSW) 🤩

Together we;
~ dived deep into honouring our bodies as temples ✨
~ embraced the emotions that surfaced as we leant into all the embodiment 🙏
~ accepted our current forms, three of us coming into sacred circle on our cycle (I personally loved the opportunity to free flow in a safe space)🩸
~ honoured our stages of womanhood and our need for divine feminine connection 🤗

In the wild, we cultivated our our own girl power and formed a sisterhood who held each other through a potent shamanic ritual 🔥

And the same is available for any woman who comes into my sacred, heated, candle-lit container for the .awakening immersion Transforming Vulnerability into Courage ✨

If you're not quite at the outdoor naked liberation stage yet, my indoor women's circles are a very safe space to start (we begin in a robe and it's completely up to the participant IF or WHEN they disrobe) 🙏

It’s taken days to find the words to share on last week’s Wollongong .awakening immersion 🙏

As an intimate sisterhood of mama’s, we dived deep into our own stages of womanhood and our desire to reset societal norms around parenting, women’s health and sexuality 💞

As mama’s we shared the need to be role models for our young, and help our daughters navigate the unhealthy societal personas of health and beauty.

~ We embraced a softened womb space
~ We honoured the lines, scars, curves, elasticity and contours that make up our individual vessels
~ We leaned into our cave woman energy and honoured our ancestors who do this work around a real fire

This was the most courageous Naked awakening I’ve witnessed yet 🙌

Not only did Nat find the 3.5 hour immersion magical, she goes on to share physical, mental AND energetic shifts she experienced as her integration took place 💫

This is my purpose. To help women connect with their whole eco-system, and empower them to navigate life through the heart, rather than the head ✨

Once we shift this approach, body image, body stories, body critiscm etc have no place because we are just FEELING all the layers that make up our perfectly imperfectly vessel 🙏
