3 months ago she underwent an ACL reconstruction with a hamstring graft and a meniscal repair following a traumatic knee injury 🤕
She spent the first 6 weeks in a knee brace to protect the meniscal repair, and is now powering through her rehabilitation. In this current phase of her rehab, we are focussing on regaining her strength, balance, and basic co-ordination 🤸♀️
These are some of her rehabilitation exercises: Romanian Deadlift, Hip Thrust, Bulgarian Split Squat Step-ups with Terminal Knee Extension, Split Stance Pallof Press, Single Leg Balance with Aqua Bag 💪
