A simple winter meal idea:
Sauté seasonal vegetables like sweet potato, kale, cabbage, carrots, and celery with warming herbs, ginger or sesame oil. Top with toasted seeds for extra nourishment.
Ingredients:
1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons toasted seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
