Age 54. Less than 3 months post calves, ankles, knees liposculpture. Because the lower legs are the most dependent part of the body, swelling can persist up to a year after the procedure. Grade 3 compression stockings are required to be worn constantly for 4 weeks after the procedure and may be worn longer by some patients if they prefer. At the annual Nelune medical research charity ball last night. Dressed up for an evening to raise funds for cancer treatments and research (my favourite designer / atelier) Started by Nelune Rajapakse AM and Anna Guillan AM in 2001 and unlike many charities, 100% of proceeds goes to the recipients. There are no management fees taken from the charity for the board. It’s all done 100% gratuitously with no nepotism, which is noble and what charities should be about!
