What an incredible experience! - where you run 6.7km every hour on the hour till you drop. A vibe like no other! Just got my PB 15 hours and a 106.28km. Thank you to all my amazing friend and family that came out to support me - giving me words of encouragement and being there to get me out of my head. Thanks to everyone who helped look after Jack until he came and at 12am passed out on the chair. Most importantly thank you to my most unbelievable husband who was with me from 6.30am till 1.45am. Cheering me on and being there with me every step of the way. I love you ❤️❤️

What an absolutely epic day! Sydney’s backyard ultra, has to have been the best day out. At times there were demons but was determined to beat them! 12 laps/12 hours and 80.45km.
Has to be the best event on the trail running calendar and will definitely be back next year to get that 100km milestone.

🥣 Sticking to purees due to gagging or refusal of textures
🫐Difficulties progressing from purées to lumpy textures or finger foods

Consider seeking assistance if your baby:

3.5 months ago I tore my calf playing pickle ball. Was told minimum 4 months no running until I found the right Physio. 3.5 months since the injury and I completed my first world major marathon. Beyond excited… never give up on your dreams 💗
