Since joining the team, her dedication has helped the business expand to five locations while ensuring the welfare and work culture of the team remains strong and supportive. Bec is passionate about creating a dynamic, enjoyable and supportive work environment that enables both staff and patients to thrive. She works closely with our referring practitioners to maintain strong professional relationships, ensuring that our patients recover the best possible care. Having been a patient at Elite Spinal herself, Bec knows firsthand the transformative outcomes our team achieves. Her personal connection to the clinic fuels her love for seeing life-changing results for others. When she's not working in the clinic or attending a Pilates class, Bec enjoys travelling, hunting for vintage treasures, and cooking for her friends and loved ones.
