Mixed greens
Cooked chickpeas (about 200 g / 1 cup), drained
Green peas (fresh blanched or frozen)
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh figs
Parmigiano Reggiano
Capers, rinsed
Hemps seeds

Tahini Dressing:
1–2 tbsp tahini
Fresh lemon juice, to taste
Garlic powder, a pinch
Salt, to taste
Water, as needed
