Happy Monday,

Just thought I would share my breakfast with you because it’s so delicious, so healthy, I’m hitting my protein targets as well as my calcium.

I created my own protein powders and they are a pure whey protein isolate, sweetened with pure monk fruit, gut friendly , gluten free, FODMAP friendly and soooooo delicious 🤤

I specifically created my powders to have no sugar alcohols that will make you bloat and feel disgusting plus nothing artificial.

The ingredients are top tier and in my opinion my powders are the best on the market by far.

My protein bars are created by me, a clinical Nutritionist and someone who knows these product products very well. Just sharing a tip with all of you when purchasing protein powders. Always make sure there is enough of the essential amino acid leucine there if you are after muscle growth.

As a clinical Nutritionist, I worked on my formulation very carefully and this was at the top of my list.
