Most people think PCOS ājust happensā.
But for some girls, the groundwork actually starts before theyāre even born.
If you had gestational diabetes, it doesnāt mean youāve done anything wrong.
But it does give us a really important, potential piece of the puzzle.
Because what I see in clinic all the time is this:
š acne
š irregular periods
š blood sugar crashes
š āpicky eatingā + constant cravings
ā¦getting brushed off as āteenage hormonesā
When really, theyāre early signs of deeper imbalance.
The good news?
This is exactly where nutrition + root cause support can make a huge difference.
Not just for symptoms nowā¦
but for long-term hormonal health.
