Come on a journey through fun and games with Lisa at Planet Yoga! Planet Yoga is about bringing the fun and benefits of yoga to children.

Classes are fun and exciting, and incorporate yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation with creativity, games, music and story telling! The benefits of yoga are widely known amongst adults - and these benefits also apply to kids! Improved physical fitness, coordination and strength, as well as enhanced mental wellbeing, greater confidence, team building and reduced stress are all

part of PLANET YOGA. PLANET YOGA can visit schools, childcare centres, after school and holiday cares, birthday parties, family groups, as well as mums and bubs groups! PLANET YOGA is run by Lisa (ECT) - a child care professional and passionate mother with over 30 years experience as an early childhood teacher and Pre-School Director. A fully accredited yoga teacher through www.rainbowkidsyoga.net, Lisa loves combining her two passions of yoga and working with children through PLANET YOGA. Our 4/5 year old Planet Yogis finally flatten their bodies and close their eyes to relax.
Interestingly 2/3 year olds often bring their bent legs up for relaxation similar to foetal position finding their own comfort 🥰
