Nepean Country Club is seeking “expression of interest” for our next partner and tenant to lease the onsite “Restaurant and Bar”.

Nepean Country Club is located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula about 1-hour southeast of Melbourne, a 5-minute drive from the township of Rosebud.
Located within the 30-acre Resort property, with easy access for outside clientele, the restaurant and bar have proven to be an extremely successful stand-alone business for many years.
With 77 apartments within the Resort and year-round bookings, our in-house clientele provides an excellent source of income all year round.

Southern Peninsula Community Support (SPCS) have been supporting the local community since 1980. Nepean Country Club will be assisting this wonderful organisation through their "Pantry Call Out". There will be a donation bin located in the Reception area of the resort for any staff, members and guests who would like to make a donation. Thanking you in advance!
