The Riders Physio is rider specific Physiotherapy for equestrian enthusiasts provided by APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist, Zoe Farrant. The scope of practice is huge and can be beneficial to riders of any age and ambition. Physiotherapists have a thorough understanding of biomechanics and the way the body works. Through systematic and objective assessments, Physiotherapists are able to determine areas of weakness or dysfunction and prescribe a management program to remedy this and ultimately enhance performance. The Riders Physio is passionate about helping riders to achieve their goals by assisting them to improve themselves, so that they are physically able to ride to their full potential. Physio for the Rider is for the rider (of any level) who:

* Would like a Physiotherapists advice on how to enhance their riding fitness/physical ability through thorough assessment and a targeted individualized program specific to them and their riding
* Is working on a positional or training problem that they would like a Physiotherapist to functionally and physically assess
* Experiences/is limited by pain whilst or after riding
* Is requiring rehabilitation following injury

Hats off to all you fellow crazy people who braved the elements and massive thanks to Fi and team, officials, volunteers and sponsors for a great event despite the 70km gusts and rain. I guess it wouldn’t be a winter CDI without winter conditions 🤣

Couldn’t be more proud of Fox, pretty consistent tests cracking 71 and 72% from a couple of judges with lovely comments about the cutest oversized pony panda with red goggles 🥽 🐼 and pretty ribbons 🎀 in all his tests

Fox is the happiest, healthiest pony because of you all which makes these days a joy eternally grateful, Dani, , Chris Dierdrickson farrier, , and of course our coaches and .haythorpe (especially putting up with me, especially with a combo of crazy hormones and sleep deprivation 🤣).. Rather than leaving it to the last minute and missing out, you can contact me (via email or phone preferably) as soon as you’ve entered, and I’ll pencil you in ✏️ and once the draw is up/class times confirmed, we can lock in a consult time ⏰👌

Sadly, it’s not always possible to accommodate last minute/on the day consult requests as I operate by appointments which mostly are scheduled at least a week prior 🤗
