This small group healing session is designed to help you release long-term stress, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded again. You’ll experience a powerful blend of five healing modalities in one session:

• Guided Meditation
• Hypnotherapy
• Kinesiology
• Pranayama
• Ayurveda

This is deep work in a gentle space — created for anyone needing time to decompress, reconnect, and heal alongside others in a shared, supportive environment. As we connect to our REAL ISSUES through Kinesiology, we’ll heal them with Hypnotherapy.

Monday Meditation.
Namaste,

I have had an opening for a spot in our meditation and healing class at 10am, on Monday, open up.

The group will do a meditation. We will find your issue through kinesiology, and finish with a group hypnotherapy to heal the issues.

There are only five people in the group. I only have one spot available.
Class is $25

What is so reassuring is that we all understand that we can all relate to how each other feels, and we know on some level that we run some if the same patterns.
