Calm Mind Counselling Services Counselling / therapy is a partnership between the counsellor and the client. It is conducted in a s Calm Mind was established in 1992.

Its mission statement was and still is to provide a therapeutic environment where people feel safe to explore their emotional, mental or spiritual issues. At Calm Mind we work with individuals, couples, families and groups. Calm Mind can give you the energy and the support to help you take responsibility for your life and have the courage to make the necessary changes in order to grow and develop. This is not a process that will happen overnight and it isn't a magic cure. Initially change may seem like a frightening prospect, however if you embrace the process and take it one step at a time you will slowly, but surely feel positive results.
