I am a herbalist, nutritionist, massage therapist, space holder, great listener and fellow traveler.... My work and my passion is self-care, wellness, healing and sharing knowledge. Each day is a new opportunity to make a difference to myself and to others. My favorite quote is by Ram Dass "we are all just walking each other home". I feel this quote aptly describes my work as a coach and therapist. BTW, I am only interested in businesses that offer people empowerment and support.
