Realign, recharge and rejuvenate.
Morning session 10.30am-12.30pm &
Afternoon session 2.30pm-4.30pm

Hari Aum everyone ❤️ Yay I’m finally back teaching Yoga and Komyo Reiki healings. I’m so excited and can’t wait to see everyone again.
🧡 Hatha Yoga classes starting on Tuesday the 22nd July
Time: 6.00-7.30pm in Boolarra.
🧡 Reiki-infused Restorative group session. Saturday 23rd August.
Time: 10.30am-12.30pm
💕 1 hour Private Yoga sessions
💕 1 hour Komyo Reiki Sessions
💕 1.5 hours Reiki infused massage
In my sunroom studio in Boolarra.

Enjoying my time with my beautiful grandsons. Slowing down after my surgeries this year has been good for me. I’m feeling very grateful and blessed at the moment. Thank you universe!

Hari Aum everyone,
Wow what a start to the year! I now have two amazing and beautiful grandsons Malakai and Chance who fill my heart with joy and spend lots of time with their nanny for cuddles in the sunroom. 💕

7 weeks ago I had major foot surgery which has meant I’ve had to take a significant amount of time away from work to heal. I still have a number of weeks to go before I start walking regularly which means that my love of healing and teaching yoga will have to wait just a little longer. I’ve greatly appreciated the thoughts and well wishes of so many of you during this time and also your patience. I’m as keen as many of you to get back to these loves of my life, but the reality is it wont be at least another six weeks before I’m teaching yoga and opening my sunroom studio for healing sessions. ❤️
I am in my rest-nest cocoon for now and looking forward to the day I will be back up and active again.

Hari Aum everyone, As you can see I have my hands full with the love of my beautiful baby grandson, Malakai. ❤️ My first grandchild was born Friday and I have another grandchild due in a couple of weeks. My heart is overflowing with love and happiness. I have decided to take this term off from teaching yoga to spend time with my growing family 💕

😁 Classes will resume term two in beautiful Autumn and I will be so very excited to see everyone back again on their yoga mats.

Hari Aum everyone ❤️ enjoying and loving my little break away with family and friends this month.
I’m getting excited that I’m starting my Yoga classes on Tuesday night the 4th February from 6.00-7.30pm in the Boolarra Multi-Purpose Building.
More information to come out soon about other special classes I’m putting on this term. 😉💕

Also, I will be offering healing sessions in my Sunroom Studio in Boolarra, starting back in the first week of February.
These include:
1 hour Reiki sessions
1.5 hour Blissful Reiki massage
1 on 1 and small group Yoga sessions

Hello everyone, summer is finally here. ❤️
Only 2 more weeks of Yoga in Boolarra before the end of the year. Last class is on Tuesday the 10th of December 6-7.30pm 💕

Also, I’m closing my Sunroom Studio on the 19th December and taking January off to spend time with family. If you would like a beautiful healing 1 hour Reiki session or 1.5 hours Reiki massage session, book in fast as I only have a few spots left.

Gift vouchers for Christmas are available if you’re looking for a healing gift for someone special. Reiki massage, reiki, or a personal one on one yoga session could be a lovely thoughtful gift for a beloved friend or family member ❤️ lots of love and have a wonderful Christmas 🎄 💕
