💫What to expect in our Yin class
Our Yin class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Through longer-held postures, we gently release tension in the fascia, ligaments, joints, and deeper connective tissues. Yin yoga also nourishes the nervous system, supports energy flow, and cultivates mental awareness. Each pose becomes a mini meditation—observe, soften, and let go.
This is where effort fades and presence begins.
You’ll leave feeling softer, grounded, deeply relaxed, and peaceful.
