Proving age is just a number when it comes to fitness, our Pilates legend Judy celebrated her 92nd birthday this week.

Judy has made significant gains in strength since starting our strength, core and flexibility classes. At 92 years young she is continuing to set goals and see improvements through consistent exercise. Judy is an example of the independence, health and happiness that exercise can give you!
