Healthy breakfast creations are so much fun!! Don’t the colours look so pretty? Recently we got to create a healthy breakfast for the local Park Run in town. From fruit salads, granola cups & overnight oats to protein balls & muesli bars, it appeared to be a hit. It’s also humbling when people ask to take extras home for later because they want to try it all. Although it was a rainy morning, the turnout was good. Thank you for having us.
