Hello dear Yogis, next week we start back with the FREE Ipswich Active and Healthy classes.
Great news - my Tuesday night Meditation class has been made a 1 hour class now. This is so much better! The class includes gentle yoga to prepare the physical body, a deeply restorative guided relaxation, and then the seated breathwork, concentration and meditation practices.
The best thing is that I can now give you a better longer lying down (or sitting if preferred) relaxation and we can also spend a little bit more time working our way through the stages to get to sitting in a space of stillness.
