The Active and Healthy Program that Ipswich City Council runs is just amazing! I’ve been there since the start in 2016 and it’s been a privilege to watch it expand and grow, leaping each year from success to success. There are so many FREE or very low cost classes available and a jam packed timetable to choose from.
All you do is sign up for free, sign the waiver and download the App and you’re off!
Join me personally for Deep Relaxation and Meditation, choice of 3 Chair Yoga classes and a General Yoga class that’s been going for 10 years!!! And I’m pretty chuffed to be a recipient this year of the Participants Choice at the inaugural awards presentation. Thanks everyone!

Term 1 starts back on Tuesday 27 January for 10 weeks or just come casually.

Even if it’s a bit of a drive to get there, it’s totally worth it. The venue is idyllic and there is even a coffee van there, The Curious Caravan, for a post class beverage and snack and a chat!
So give yourself an experience you will not regret and make it a morning just to nurture yourself.
