Hello dear Yogis, next week we start back with the FREE Ipswich Active and Healthy classes.
Great news - my Tuesday night Meditation class has been made a 1 hour class now. This is so much better! The class includes gentle yoga to prepare the physical body, a deeply restorative guided relaxation, and then the seated breathwork, concentration and meditation practices.
The best thing is that I can now give you a better longer lying down (or sitting if preferred) relaxation and we can also spend a little bit more time working our way through the stages to get to sitting in a space of stillness.
Please join me next Tuesday 7-8pm at the Redbank Plains Community Centre! Be there or be square 🥰🥳

Join me at these FREE CLASSES each week with Ipswich City Council’s

🧘‍♂️ Tuesdays 7pm - 7.45pm, Meditation. This class starts with very gentle stretches, a lovely deep relaxation either lying or sitting, and then seated mindfulness and meditation. A beautiful way to find stillness and inner peace ☮️
🧘‍♀️Thursdays 9-10am and 10-11am Chair Yoga at the Croquet Hall, Queens Park, Ipswich. For those who want to stretch, strengthen and tone as well as finding some stillness without getting onto the floor.
🧘🏽Fridays 1-2pm Chair Yoga at Redbank Plains Community Centre for the same benefits that regular yoga offers but in and using a chair.
🧘‍♀️Saturdays 8am-9am regular gentle yoga at the beautiful Spring Lake Park. Accessible to all levels of ability and experience. A sublime setting too!
