The unhealthy experiences no matter how intense, life threatening are all here to teach us a lesson, so we can learn & grow
So when your faced with a negative experience, its time to look within & learn how you created this experience, by facing your negative thought patterns & emotions, when you can own them & release them & your beliefs around that story, you start to see the bigger picture & your roll in that picture
Then you can surrender them & change the outcome & raise your vibration higher

I've had to start life over again many times, I've lost everything & everyone, i created those experiences because deep inside me i was over feeling a certain way, i was over expericing the same crapy experinces over & over again i was tired, i wanted to feel better, I WANTED change, i was sick of being hurt & feeling bad about myself & my life
I created those experiences because of the vibration i was putting out to the universe, so the universe gave me more of what i didn't want
