Hope you all had a fantastic weekend ✨💖🦋🌈 Im grateful to have be able to head to my happy place… AKA the beach 🏖️🌊and spent time with some of my soul tribe, filling our cups.

We ducked over to Robe, where under the loving guidance of Cathy Armfield at Om Mandalas - we got to spend sometime learning about the beauty of channeled mandala art, our unique ability (no matter how artsy you are… Not) to create something truly magical and understand the link our creative connection has to fueling our lifeforce energy within all our energy body’s⚡️

I hope whatever you have planned for your week, you can create pockets of time to allow yourself to connect with your creative self. Knowing there are thousands of ways to be creative…. whether it be through painting, drawing, dance, cooking, singing, poetry, gardening, music, just to name a few…… Allow yourself to connect and express your creative energy - knowing that this will assist in refueling your life force energy and stabilize your vibration, so you can better weather the world around you 💫

I really enjoyed watching last nights blood full moon eclipse 💫. Hard to focus and don’t have the most steady hands but still some pretty cool shots, using iPhone camera lens up to the eye hole of the telescope. Very cool to see the progression of the earths shadow moving infront of the moon and then the red happens only when it’s fully eclipsed and is from the suns light (red waves) refracting (bending) around the earth and onto the Moon.

So the question is…. How did everyone sleep?? How were your dreams last night?? And how are you all feeling today??

As we walk through todays 3/3 portal, which includes tonights full moon and happens to also be a lunar eclipse 💫…. Allow your awareness to shift to your physical and emotional body’s, as they are amplified right now.

Truths, emotions and energetic karma is coming through and allow us to see if we are ready to finally release these ties to our system. Whilst some may feel emotional or physical discomfort with this powerful release - guide yourself with loving grace, because you & your high-self knows you need to honor thatself and no longer stay stuck or hold onto or carry burdens/pain/guilt or shame.

You deserve peace, so through the mud let yourself rise like the magical lotus that you are ✨🪷✨. Let yourself move though today with clear intent…. not to rush….. and remember to be kind and gentle with yourself. Healing isn’t always incenses, candles, crystals, warm fuzzy feelings, massage beds, time out, meditation and sacred moments… It is also knowledge, growth, awareness and understanding.

I believe on our own personal healing journeys we often move through fazes - when time may require us to be in a state of rest and intergration, or review and reconnection, maybe awareness and understanding or ready for consistant aligned action.

When i contiune to heal, learn, grown and expand… this allows me as a healer, a better ability to hold space for you on your healing journey 💫

So this is me revising, before i partake on my next learning adventure 🦋. Is there any learnings you are doing or maybe thinking about taking part in, this year, that will help bring you growth/awareness and understanding???
