📚 A good book - nothing like leaving it until 3 days before a book club catch up to start the book
🌊 The ocean - the calmness that being near the ocean brings, especially in winter!
🦶🏼 Being barefoot in the sand - there’s something healing about bare feet in the sand. We have a rule, if you’re on the beach you’re shoes are off!
