Today marks one whole year of Tatara Health! This clinic has been a dream of mine for the longest time, and it’s so beautiful to see how it has grown and developed in the last year. It’s not lost on me how special it is to do something I’m so passionate about everyday, and call it work. I’m so grateful for all my clients that have trusted me with their health so far, and all the ones to come in the future. And a special thanks to my family, friends and mentors; there’s absolutely no way I would have been able to achieve all of this without their love and support. Celebrating another client win in clinic - the best part of the job!
This client initially presented with high stress, recurrent infections, irregular cycles and was looking to start a family.

What a weekend in Sydney!
It was such a joy to attend the NHAA Naturopathic Symposium over the weekend. It was so special to be surrounded by so many like-minded people, and to listen and learn from some incredible leaders in our industry (and to spend some down time exploring Sydney and catching up with old friends!). I feel so inspired by the future of our industry, and I’m already counting down to next years event!

I see countless women in clinic who tell me they were put on the pill to ‘balance their hormones’ to fix their female health issues - when in reality all the pill does is put a bandaid on the underlying cause.
We’re the first generation of women to take the pill from menarche to menopause, and I’m still not sure that we fully understand the impact that it has on our health.
