From wheelchair to walking: Deborah's incredible transformation story 💪

When serious health challenges left 65-year-old Deborah unable to have life-saving surgery because of her weight, she turned to The 1:1 Diet for help.

Facing painful Achilles tendinitis, a staph infection, and mobility issues that led to weight gain, Deborah needed to lose 20kg quickly to qualify for essential back surgery.

With the support of her 1:1 Diet Consultant Amanda who created a personalised plan, Deborah replaced her meals with our delicious low-calorie smoothies, shakes, and soups. The best part? She never felt deprived, even while cooking for her partner!

In just five months, Deborah achieved her pre-surgery goal of losing 20kg. But she didn't stop there - continuing with The 1:1 Diet and gradually introducing healthy whole foods, she reached an incredible 50kg weight loss milestone!

Today, Deborah is out of her wheelchair, enjoying walks again, and at 79kg, she's embracing her healthiest self with newfound energy and confidence.

As her tattoo reminds her daily: "I am enough" ✨
