Position: Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily living support to clients, including personal care, mobility assistance, and community participation.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

Assist with medication administration and daily documentation.

Promote client independence and well-being.

Requirements:

Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).

Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

At Good Choice Supports, every support story starts with listening.
