Facebook fam, does anyone have any suggestions on who can help me with cost effective signage?
At the moment I have my logo on the entry door, and 2 corflute signs in the window.

The black boards/fascia signage are still up- the previous tenant removed the lettering so maybe the boards can be reused, I'm not sure how it works...

I was originally quoted $7145 ex GST, 5k of which is tailing the powerlines.
Another company cold called me and said they could do the same work for 6k, which is still well outside my budget at the moment.

I'm thinking there might be some options that are more cost effective but would love some trusted recommendations, so please, drop them below!

After 20 years of subleasing treatment rooms from other practitioners, I'm finally (finally!) - opening my very own clinic space here in Boronia.

The final touches are being put on the space- flooring is being laid today (yes, on Sunday!), painting tomorrow and Tuesday, and new door is being hung on Tuesday. Hopefully the building surveyor is able to sign off soon.

This means that it looks as though Wednesday 1st April may be my last day in Belgrave Heights. I'll then take the time over Easter to move, and am hoping to be settled in and ready to open from mid April. I can't wait to welcome you all into the new space.

Dream clinic update- my initial modest project of building 2 12m2 rooms at a cost of 20-30k has blown out to 50k+, and this doesn't include heating, cooling or furnishings.
Almost all fitouts require a building permit. If you need a permit, you then need to comply with the Disability (Access to Premises – Buildings) Standards 2010. I can see why many people do their works without a permit!
