This Saturday our team is swapping weights for wines and pulses for prosecco. We have our Christmas party 🎁🎄

Therefore, we will not be running our 1,2 & 3pm Reformer classes this Saturday.

Holiday Schedule loading…

From the 15th of December until the 18th of January we are running a slightly reduced schedule.

🎄We will be closed on the 25th of December and 1st of January, we will not be monitoring emails or phone calls on the days the studio is closed. We will get back to you when we re-open.

Do not stress though, we will still have heaps of classes running so you can still get sweaty, pulse it out and feel the endorphins over the festive season.

We had a few community members participate (and smash) the 2XU Wellness Run yesterday. Let’s hear it for Greg, Meg, Paige, Alex, Cyrina, Scott and Luca who all ran in the winter conditions yesterday.

We are still riding the 5x5 high!

A massive congratulations to our 5x5 winners.

That was epic.

A massive congratulations to everyone in our community who completed the 5x5 or who even had the courage to try to complete the 5x5.

Such an amazing achievement and you should all be so proud of yourselves. 

We celebrated all weekend with treats from Fodbods, spot prizes from Elevate Physiotherapy & Pilates and 10 out of 10 classes🌶️

We have two grand prizes for our 5x5 finishers. We will be drawing the winners on Wednesday. Everyone who has completed the 5x5 will go into the running to win either (prize one) a 60 class pack or (prize two) a gift voucher and recovery pack from MJN Clinical Myotherapy 💙
