Well, we are on a high from our recent "Well Woman" retreat.
With an escape to the picturesque East Gippsland Lakes, everyone gave it their all in trying new activities and stretching their comfort levels.

We combined our 'soft adventure' approach to outdoor activities with awe-inspiring scenery.

The 'piece de resistance' was our rafting trip on the beautiful Tambo River. By the final day, the women had all gained confidence in their ability on water. They believed in themselves and trusted us to keep them safe.
We believe in the premise that everyone is capable.
Our job is to nurture your self-belief.

Everyone went home with new intentions towards a healthy lifestyle incorporating nature and movement.

"Of all the therapies it is respite that has helped me the most." (A regular participant in our retreats over the last 4 years)
