Daniel’s love of the human body began ten years ago with massage therapy. Since qualifying as a masseur and becoming deeply involved in personal training, he has completed Diplomas and Certifications in Hoffman Massage, Bo
wen Therapy, Energetic Healing, Cupping Therapy, Dry Needling, and Level 1 Crossfit. In 2016, Daniel graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Daniel can help you manage acute or chronic sports injuries, postural strains, backaches, neck aches, headaches, joint pain, and various tendinopathies. He has also seen results relating to energy deficiency, sleep inconsistency, stress and anxiety management, and difficulty concentrating. Daniel has achieved some significant health and fitness goals himself, including losing 40kg, as well as managing both acute and chronic pain with a focus on functional exercise, biomechanics, and the importance of nutrition. Through this journey he has developed a true passion for health and fitness coaching, minimising pain, and restoring function. In his spare time you’ll catch him training at the gym, eating, relaxing, or learning. Health and wellbeing started out as a hobby, but has now become a passion. Daniel continues to learn with curiosity, an open mind, and an appetite for new information.
