Orthodontic alignment and smile enhancement
This patient completed orthodontic treatment using clear aligners over approximately 28 weeks. A course of take-home whitening was carried out before veneer placement to gradually achieve a lighter, natural tooth shade — which the veneers were then colour-matched to.
Six porcelain veneers (13–23) were placed to enhance the shape and symmetry of the upper front teeth. Prior to this, internal bleaching was performed on tooth 11 (previously root canal treated) to manage darkening near the gum line. Careful shade selection and ceramic layering achieved a balanced, harmonious result.
