Movement, Refined – through every stage. Our Pre & Postnatal offering supports you through pregnancy and beyond across Pilates, Yoga and Reformer, with considered options and instructor-led modifications.

In your first trimester, you can access all classes. From second trimester onwards, you can move with us through:
- Mat Pilates: Warm Form Pilates
- Yoga: Warm Yin Yoga
- Reformer Pilates: Pre & Postnatal Reformer & Reformer (with trained instructors)

As always, listen to your body, seek medical clearance before attending, and chat to our friendly team in-studio to ensure you're feeling safe & supported.
