💛 Saying Farewell to One of Our Best 💛

It’s never easy to say goodbye, but we’re sending off someone truly special.

After countless classes filled with energy, care, and inspiration, we’re saying a heartfelt thank you to Nicole as she moves to her next chapter in the UK! Nicole's presence in the studio has been nothing short of extraordinary, bringing passion, strength, and a beautiful sense of calmness to every single class.

We know we’re not the only ones who will miss Nicole, the entire community have been lucky to be part of her journey since we first opened the mat studio in 2022.

Thank you, Nicole, for everything you’ve contributed. We’ll miss your smile, your spark, and the way you made everyone feel seen and supported.

Wishing you nothing but success and happiness in your move to London, you’ll always have a place in our hearts (and our playlists). 💫
