1. Cleanse and Protect Your Space: Begin by purifying your environment. Burn herbs like rosemary, sage, or cedar to release stagnant energies and shield against negativity. You can also sprinkle salt around doorways and windows for added protection. Consider placing crystals like black tourmaline or obsidian in key areas to keep your space grounded and secure.

2. Strengthen Your Connection to Nature: With the veil thinning, grounding yourself in nature can help you feel balanced. Go for mindful walks, touch the earth, and embrace the changing season. Collect natural items like fallen leaves, acorns, or stones as symbols of the cycle of life and transformation. Bring them home to create a seasonal altar.

3. Nourish Your Body and Spirit: Staying hydrated is key, but take it a step further by focusing on nourishing, grounding foods. Root vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, and beets help anchor your energy. Herbal teas, especially chamomile or peppermint, can provide warmth and calm.
