To our dearest patients. It is a sad day for our team to say good-bye as we close the Bossley Park chapter. We've had some wonderful years here serving the community and getting to know you. You have a special place in our hearts.

Unfortunately the COVID lockdowns and restrictions that were imposed on the community and us as a small business were too harsh this year, hence we made the very hard decision to close our doors.

However, not all is bad news. Our esteemed optometrist Chris Liew who has been serving the Fairfield LGA community for over 20 years has now finally retired to enjoy time with his family. Deborah, our beloved practice manager is moving on to a new career. Jessica Giet remains our principal optometrist at the Cabramatta practice.

Your medical records have been transferred to Comfort Eyecare Cabramatta and the team there will continue to deliver the Comfort Eyecare experience for you and your family. Dearest patients,

Thank you for your patience as the lockdown extends and thank you for doing your part to keep our businesses and the local community safe by staying home and limiting contact.

As the lockdown is extended yet again, management has also extended our closure. We are currently not taking appointments for
- non-urgent eye checks
- RMS forms (these can be extended, please contact ServiceNSW)

For our contact lens wearers - we are able to send contacts direct to your home. Please email/text us to order. If you still have glasses to pick up, please contact us to arrange time to do so.

For emergencies - please contact your local eye hospital (Liverpool) or seek advice from your GP.

We will look to reopen slowly when restrictions and cases ease along with the advice of our Optometry Association who is our contact with the latest Government advice.

Dear patients, it certainly is not looking good for Sydney or for our Fairfield LGA (Local Government Area) does it?

As the lockdown is extended yet again and the cases continue to grow with the exposure sites continuing to expand, management has decided to also extend our closure date to the 30th July to protect staff and the community.

For emergencies - please contact your local eye hospital (Liverpool) or seek advice from your GP.
We will look to reopen when restrictions and cases ease.

Dear patients, in light of the lockdown extensions and ever growing cases and exposure sites in our surrounding areas, management has decided to remain closed until the 16th July to protect staff and the community.

Dear patients, due to the recent number of exposure sites and cases coming closer to the area, management has made a decision to close this Tuesday 6th - Friday 9th to protect staff and the community.

For emergencies - please contact your local eye hospital (Liverpool) or seek advice from your GP.

We will look to reopen on the week of the 12th pending on government restrictions. Reduced days and hours are yet to be confirmed.
