A member is someone who holds a current 5 Class Pack, 10 Class Pack and Unlimited Monthly Membership.

During this intimate two-hour experience, guests will be guided through a grounding Yin practice while receiving a curated express facial ritual and Reiki energy immersion.

As you settle into each long-held Yin posture, Jenny will gently move through the space offering a nourishing Skin & Soul facial touchpoint to each guest.

The ritual begins with a beautiful gel cleanse using soft facial brushes and warm towels to refresh and purify the skin. A calming botanical mist is then applied, featuring organic Australian-made products from Bossa, to rebalance and hydrate.

This is followed by a slow, intentional facial oil massage designed to release tension in the face and jaw, support circulation and encourage deep relaxation. The touch is gentle, rhythmic and grounding, enhancing the restorative nature of the Yin practice.

As the class transitions into final Shavasana, guests will be invited to place a self-heating eye mask over their eyes and fully surrender into rest. Jenny will then move through the room offering a brief Reiki energy healing to each guest, alongside crystal placement for subtle chakra alignment.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing modality that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance and overall wellbeing. It works quietly and intuitively, helping the body shift into a state of deep rest and repair.

This collaboration is designed to nourish the skin, calm the mind and leave guests feeling restored from the inside out.

Karolina Szymala is a space holder and a mentor for newly certified yoga teachers.

She is a 1000hr+ Advanced Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and Yin Yoga Teacher.

Her mission in teaching has always been to cultivate positive shift and facilitate healing in peoples lives, whether it happens through healing their physical bodies or shifting their perception, inspiring them to take care of themselves more, or healing their emotional wounds. Whatever it takes to make them feel more whole and connected to Spirit.

Karolina believes in yoga as a holistic practice. Regarding Yoga philosophy as an integral part of the practice, she gives it great importance through her dharma talks, making yoga philosophy relatable and accessible to everyone. She believes that giving significance to those ancient concepts paired with self inquiry, asana, conscious breath and meditation, eventually, but inevitably has the power to positively affect the life of an individual, contributing into an effective shift of a greater collective.

She brings the importance and respect of earth traditions into the spectrum of her teachings. Combining music and healing arts together she creates an ambiance of an authentic and grounded practice.

Her attention to sacred geometry of alignment and hands-on assists reflect her knowledge of physical and energetic bodies, providing a deeper experience for everyone in the class. She is known for her impactful dharma talks as well as beautiful flow and a sense of fluidity in her classes.

What actually is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice done lying down, fully supported with blankets and bolsters. You’re not stretching. You’re not trying to β€œclear your mind.”

You get comfortable.
You’re guided through gentle breath awareness.
Your attention moves slowly through the body.
The nervous system begins to downshift.

Your body falls into deep rest β€” but your awareness stays softly awake.

It’s that space between waking and sleeping.
Where the breath slows.
Where the mind stops gripping.
Where the body finally feels safe enough to switch off.

Research shows this state supports:
β€’ Reduced stress and cortisol
β€’ Improved sleep quality
β€’ Activation of the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response

In our Sunday 6.30-7.30pm class, we begin with intentional breathwork to release tension and clear mental noise. Then you’ll be guided into Nidra warm, supported, still.
