So you’ve heard about Power Yoga but not sure if you are ‘ready’ to give it a go.
Let’s clear some things up!
✅Yes, power yoga builds strength BUT it is not a super, intense crazy class. There are different options for every level of fitness and your energy level on that day.
✅ Yes, power yoga can be challenging but you can also rest whenever you need. You choose if you want a challenge or take it easy.
✅ Yes, you are encouraged to get out of your comfort zone because that is how we grow. But it is also important to know if that is what your body really needs in that moment or if it is better to pull back.
✅ Yes, you are encouraged to bring your friends and have a laugh. 😆
❌No you don’t have to be able to do a balancing pose, hold a plank or even touch your toes. But if you can and it’s something you are proud of, that’s cool too!
❌ No, there’s no judgement here at Yoga Tribe (that includes yourself!)
❌No taking yourself too seriously.
❌No you don’t have to be fitter, stronger, more flexible. But you may find improves in these areas if you come every week!
