Every day I see posts on the homeo groups "what's the best remedies for fibroids/ stomach bugs/oestrogen dominance," etc..
Homeopathy is so individualised that this type of question is pretty moot.
Sure, there are particular remedies that have an affinity with gastro (home prescribers know to look at Arsenicum and Ipecac) just as there are good remedies for hormones (such as Sepia, Pulsatilla) but there are literally hundreds of remedies that cover vomiting or diarrhoea for example.
What matters is the whole INDIVIDUAL. Whether you have cold sweat on your face with vomiting, vomit from milk, white coated tongue (which might lead you to Ipecac) strong desire for cucumbers and lime (this points to veratrum), etc.
We look at the mental, emotional and physical symptoms and the overall energy of the person in prescribing.
Think of it this way. A homeopath could be treating 7 different people who happen to have fibroids and each of them is getting a different remedy - because each person is different.
This is so unlike allopathic medicine where there are set medications used for headaches/gastro/eczema, etc.
