Not sure where to start with aerial? This is your class!

Our Beginner–L1 Mixed Aerials class is designed for absolute beginners who want to try aerial without committing to just one apparatus.

In this class, you’ll be gently introduced to:
✔ Lyra
✔ Silks
✔ Hammock
✔ Dance Trapeze

All in one supportive, welcoming session — no experience, no pressure, no expectations.

It’s perfect if you’ve been:
• Curious but nervous to start
• Unsure which apparatus is right for you
• Wanting a fun, low-stress way to move and build confidence

Teagan guides the class with plenty of options, encouragement and space to move at your own pace, so you can enjoy the experience without feeling overwhelmed.

As we wrap up another year in the air, our hearts are so full 🥰

To every student who walked through our doors… whether you took your very first class, mastered a new skill, came back after time away, or simply showed up for yourself — thank you!

You are the reason this space feels so special.

This year was filled with:
✨ Big wins
✨ Quiet breakthroughs
✨ New friendships
✨ Shared courage
✨ And a whole lot of laughter between the wobble moments

We’ve watched you grow stronger, braver and more connected, not just to the apparatus, but to yourselves and to each other. That’s the true magic of this community.

Heading into the holiday season and wanting to stay aerial strong while the studio takes a short break? We’ve got you 🤗

These 4 floor-based exercises are simple, effective and perfect for maintaining strength, control and body awareness — no rig needed.

Here’s what to add to your at-home training:

1️⃣ Bird Dog – Build deep core stability + balance
2️⃣ Bear Push-Up – Strengthen shoulders + upper body endurance
3️⃣ Bicycle Crunches – Fire up obliques for cleaner twists + transitions
4️⃣ Seated Straddle Leg Lifts – Improve active flexibility + hip compression

A little consistency now means you’ll come back feeling connected, strong and ready to fly into the new year.
