๐The mornings are starting to get darker, and as we move into the cooler months, we see gym attendance start to drop off. Don't let this be you! Train regardless. We are over the heat of Summer which is arguably the most uncomfortable time to stay consistent with training - it's a great time to work on your consistency and getting into a really solid routine. Pack your bag and lay out your clothes the night before, put your alarm out of reach, get as organised as you can. Stay consistent regardless of the weather, and you will reap the rewards ๐.
