Our unique model allows every Prestige Private Gym Member to have their own team of Personal Trainers, Massage Therapist, Nutritionists, and Pain Free Performance Specia

lists at their disposal. Unlike many other gyms we aren't focused on having jam-packed classes, selling 100 memberships a month or flogging the crap out of our clients. Instead the outcomes we're interested in producing for our members are things such as;

- Being Able To Bend Over Without Pain
- Waking Up In The Morning With Energy
- Having A Clear Head To Perform At Your Best
- Genuinely Loving Your Body And What It Does For You

These outcomes can not be produced in a 6 week challenge, a club with 1500 members or in HIIT style classes alone. To produce these outcomes requires education, a progressive approach and a long term action plan. And sticking to a long term action plan requires support, coaching and accountability. If you're looking for a quick fix or a new shiny object I wouldn't consider becoming a member of Prestige Fit. 🌑The mornings are starting to get darker, and as we move into the cooler months, we see gym attendance start to drop off. Don't let this be you! Train regardless. We are over the heat of Summer which is arguably the most uncomfortable time to stay consistent with training - it's a great time to work on your consistency and getting into a really solid routine. Pack your bag and lay out your clothes the night before, put your alarm out of reach, get as organised as you can. Stay consistent regardless of the weather, and you will reap the rewards 🏆.

As we’ve said many times already Em, we are super grateful for the years you’ve been with us and the door is always open for you should you wish to return(and the Sat only membership remains on offer too).
