Amp'D Fitness is an exciting new business to join the fitness industry in Bowen. It is Bowen's only fully air-conditioned Commercial gym with 24 hour access to all members. We also have a full range of quality supplements available in store and online. Non members can access to gym for a casual session during reception hours. Reception hours are:

Monday - Friday
6am-10:30am and 2:30pm - 7pm

Saturday
7am-10:30am

Starting Monday the 2nd of February, there will be a new group fitness class timetable.

💥Strength Focus
- Body weight and equipment training focusing on our ability to apply progressive overload with appropiate technique

💥MetaPwr
- Equipment and body weight circuits. Athletic power, strength, and endurance

💥Functional Fast Strong (FFS)
- Equipment, machine, and body weight exercises to build strength and apply force quickly. Adaptations to improve sports and lifestyle

💥Swift Training
- Quick effective workout for all levels of fitness. Incorporating Endurance, HiiT, strength, and speed.

💥Amp'D RAP
- Bench mark programs. Using equipment and bodyweight exercises. Reps and Rounds in a specified amount of time

🎄 CHRISTMAS BREAK UPDATE! 🎄
Hey team!
As we wrap up another massive year at Amp’D, we’ve got a few important (and a few bittersweet) updates for you.
First up — our legend Delors will be finishing up with us. His final classes will be this Friday at 6:15am, so if you spot him around the gym this week, make sure you give him a big thank‑you and a proper send‑off. He’s been an incredible part of the Amp’D community for years, and he’ll be genuinely missed.

🎅 CLASSES
This week is our final week of classes for 2025!
We’ll kick things back off in the New Year on January 12th.
There will be some changes to the timetable, so keep an eye on this page for updates.

🎁 RECEPTION HOURS
• Closing: Wednesday the 24th at 10:30am
• Reopening (limited hours): January 5th, 8:00–10:30am
• Normal hours resume: January 12th

🎄 MEMBERSHIP INFO (IMPORTANT!)
• Please make sure your membership is up to date before we close.
If you want access over the break, come see us beforehand so we can sort it out.
• Public holidays may shift direct debit dates slightly due to banking schedules.
• 14–15 year old's: No access unless accompanied by a parent who also has a membership.
If that’s not possible, we can freeze your membership — just chat with us.
Limited‑hour access from January 5th is totally fine.
• No tailgating! Please don’t let non‑members into the gym.
Access is a privilege for paying members only.

There will be a couple of changes to the class timetable whilst Nadene has a much needed break. The following class times will not be running on these dates:

- Tuesday 5:15am - ( 28th Oct and 4th Nov)
- Wednesday 5am (29th Oct and 5th Nov)
- Wednesday 530pm (29th Oct and 5th Nov)

To ensure the app stays working these changes will not reflect in it. Sorry for any inconvenience.
