***Updated Class Timetable***
Starting Monday the 2nd of February, there will be a new group fitness class timetable.
💥Strength Focus
- Body weight and equipment training focusing on our ability to apply progressive overload with appropiate technique
💥MetaPwr
- Equipment and body weight circuits. Athletic power, strength, and endurance
💥Functional Fast Strong (FFS)
- Equipment, machine, and body weight exercises to build strength and apply force quickly. Adaptations to improve sports and lifestyle
💥Swift Training
- Quick effective workout for all levels of fitness. Incorporating Endurance, HiiT, strength, and speed.
💥Amp'D RAP
- Bench mark programs. Using equipment and bodyweight exercises. Reps and Rounds in a specified amount of time
