Here’s the simple 30-day gut reset I’ve used with thousands of patients:

PHASE 1: REMOVE (Days 1–10)
Cut out what inflames the gut…sugar, processed foods, seed oils, alcohol, gluten and dairy (short-term), and excess caffeine.
Support detox with filtered water, walking, sauna, fasting, and clean meals.

PHASE 2: REPAIR (Days 11–20)
Rebuild the gut lining.
Bone broth, cooked veggies, ginger tea…plus L-glutamine, zinc, humic + fulvic acid, and aloe.
Lower cortisol with sleep, slow movement, and rest.

PHASE 3: REBUILD (Days 21–30)
Repopulate the microbiome.

FEVERS: Don’t suppress. SUPPORT.
Here’s what actually helps the fever do its job faster and safer (all backed by science and real-world use):
Vitamin C — massive doses (1,000–5,000 mg or more every couple to few hours, liposomal or ascorbic acid to bowel tolerance). Viruses hate it. Studies show it cuts duration and severity dramatically.
Vitamin D3 — 50,000 IU first day (with K2 and magnesium may be helpful), then 10,000–20,000 IU/day. Fever + infection burns through D like crazy. Low D = longer, worse illness.
Zinc — 50–100 mg/day (with food so no nausea). Stops viral replication cold.
Elderberry syrup — high-dose (1–2 tbsp every 2–3 hrs first 48 hrs). Proven to shorten flu by 3–4 days.
Colloidal silver (real electro-colloidal, 10–20 ppm) — at least 1–2 oz every few hours first day. Kills bacteria/viruses on contact. (Yes, the good stuff works — the acid-made junk is what gives it a bad name.)

Hi everyone, back home after attending a beautiful ceremony at our eldest son's wedding. We had a lovely time with all our family. Normal clinic hours resuming from tomorrow. Thanks to Marianela for keeping the clinic going and all her hard work. I am doubtful I will be able to see any new clients for the rest of the year, spaces are quite limited and will be kept for existing clients, but, bookings taken for next year.

No available appointments until (limited) from Tuesday the 2nd of December.
Closed Thursday the 11th-Friday the 12th of December.
