Eat Easy Dietetics has listened to the parents of Bowen and is proud to announce that they will be hosting the “Dietitian’s Guide to Starting Solids” class on Monday 7th July 2025.

If you’ve got a little one ready to start solids or have recently started your solids journey, come join me for a relaxed and practical session.

We’ll be meeting in the lovely Bright Skies suites, where you can bring your bub, lay out a blanket, and get comfy for an interactive hour together.

Our next Sense Rugby program is kicking off soon! 🏉
A play-based group designed to support children in developing skills for movement, connection and confidence through fun and inclusive activities.

Small groups, led by an occupational therapist and supported by wonderful certified coaches - all about fostering growth, participation and a sense of belonging.

Starting mid-May | Thursday afternoons after school
Two groups: ages 3–8 and 9–15
Bowen Sporting Complex - Mudcrabs Homeground

Additional support available before the program begins to assist with group introductions and transition to session.
