It teaches you to sit and explore the discomfort of your own feelings because the highs in life can’t be felt fully without the lows. 🔥harder to look at life objectively and feel hopeful
🔥easier to turn to old patterns & stories for familiarity
🔥harder to prioritise as everything feels urgent

Now is the time to PAUSE so that you can...

🌸return to your breath
🌸return to your body
🌸return to your heart
🌸express your fears to release their grip
🌸allow your emotions to flow through you, not own you

By giving yourself time to...

✨ acknowledge your current reality
✨ be curious about your emotions and mental state
✨ take responsibility for what you can control
✨ acceptance of what you can't control

You've now taken a step away from the grip of a survival mindset. Now you can focus on what you want to create and what a successful life would look like for you. This is a step closer to a thriving mindset.
