Economic abuse is a form of domestic and family violence that restricts a person’s ability to access, use, or maintain financial resources, threatening their security and independence.

I absolutely love this, it’s so true.

What a great alternative perspective to what is drilled into us in this modern world of doing more, having more, experiencing more, being more, achieving more etc

This is our reminder that we are enough.

That we don’t have to prove anything to anyone.
That we are worthy just as we are.
That we should find joy in simplicity.
That we don’t always have to be chasing our next achievement.
That living is itself is a blessing to be enjoyed. 🌸
